Illustration Friday: Breezy

For this week's Illustration Friday topic ("Breezy") I came up with about 20 ideas. I spent the whole of last Sunday thinking about which one would be best and as is typical, I simply ended up doing the first idea that had come to me. As you can see, I went for a weather forecast idea, and drew the forecaster in a very breezy pose. In England weather can sometimes be erratic, hence why in the picture I've drawn the wind directions in a very bizarre patterns... this is what it's actually like! I hope you like it!

LOL.. winds go in all directions at the same time!!! very interesting. one never thinks about everyday things like that, but that's what fascinates me the most in exploring other countries. little details. little differences...

The guy is really smooth. (do you have "naked weather"? LOL )

btw, a totally unrelated question, if I may. I am planning to look for a part time something like illustrator type of a job, and I will be most probably going to the interviews. I have never been on an interview as an illustrator and I have no idea what to wear.

Jim, do you have any insights at all for me please? <8-|

i don't want to appear a stuck-up or an ... "amateur".. even though...

Haha! No wonder he looks a little lost for words. Who can explain THAT? Hysterical and so very well done. His expression is priceless.

And your comment to me cracked me up! Jim, a lot of those comments I made myself. And then a blogging friend of mine -- she is a dear -- artificially inflated my comments so that she could be #100 and win a (nonexistent) prize. It's been an unusual week, to say the least.

That's very original, nice work! There's quite a strong breeze here in Queensland, Australia at the moment due to Cyclone Hamish.
